教發中心新增《文藻外語大學數位媒體製作管理要點》[Regulation Announcement] Promulgation of the “Guidelines for the Management of Digital Media Production of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages”

教務處教發中心新訂《文藻外語大學數位媒體製作管理要點》業經115年1月6日114-1第六次行政會議審核通過，並於115年1月21日校長核定後，訂於114學年度第二學期開始實施，謹此公告。

相關規定內容摘錄如下：

為協助所屬單位或教師製作數位媒體內容，由教務處教學發展中心協助辦理相關事宜，並訂定「文藻外語大學數位媒體製作管理要點」。

針對正式課程數位教材製作與優化、遠距課程教材製作，以及各單位委託媒體製作等需求提供相關協助，以提升教學品質並增進學生學習動機。
服務內容包含簡報版面設計、插圖製作、攝錄影、影音後製...等，詳細規範、申請流程與審核方式，請參閱《文藻外語大學數位媒體製作管理要點》，本要點所含申請表單如下：

[Regulation Announcement] Promulgation of the “Guidelines for the Management of Digital Media Production of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages”

The Guidelines for the Management of Digital Media Production of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages were approved at the 6th Administrative Council Meeting of the 114-1 Academic Year on January 6, 2026, and subsequently ratified by the President on January 21, 2026. The Guidelines will take effect from the second semester of the 114 Academic Year, and are hereby announced.

To support university units and faculty members in producing digital media content, the Center for Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD) under the Office of Academic Affairs provides assistance in related matters and has accordingly established the Guidelines for the Management of Digital Media Production of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages.

The Guidelines provided aim to offer support, including: the production and optimization of digital instruction materials for formal courses, the development of distance‑learning course materials, and media production projects commissioned by university units, with the eventual goal of enhancing teaching quality as well as student learning motivation.

The services offered include presentation slide layout design, illustration production, photography, videography, and audio-visual post‑production, among others. For detailed regulations and application procedures, please refer to the Guidelines for the Management of Digital Media Production of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages. The Guidelines include also the following application forms:

2.  Application for the Production and Revision of Distance-Learning
     Course Materials
3.  Media Production Application Form
4.  Copyright Declaration for Digital Teaching Materials
5.  Appendix Fee Schedule for Media Production and Venue Services

Starting from 114-2 Semester, faculty members and staffs with relevant needs are requested to submit applications in accordance with the Guidelines.
