    因應現今AI技術普及趨勢，為確保課堂教學與教材編製，得於合法且安全之環境下進行，因此教學發展中心特辦理113學年度校園智財權講座：「著作權保護與人工智慧」。

   本次特別邀請到國立高雄科技大學科技法律研究所程法彰教授蒞臨演講，分享在教學過程中遇到的著作權保護法律規範，以及AI在教學應用方面的相關知識。本次演講因應時代趨勢，教育現場以及相關法規的改變，講者將配合案例深入講解，精彩可期，敬邀務必參與聆聽！

In response to the current trend of widespread AI technology, we aim to ensure that classroom teaching and material preparation are conducted in a legal and safe environment, therefore, we are organizing the campus intellectual property rights on "Copyright Protection & Artificial Intelligence ".

We invited Prof. Fa-Chang Chen from Graduate Institute of Science and Technology Law, National Kaohsiung Science and Technology, to share the legal regulations regarding copyright protection encountered in the teaching process, as well as relevant knowledge about the application of AI in education.

This lecture responds to the trends of the times, changes in the educational field, and relevant regulations. The speaker will provide an in-depth explanation with case studies, promising an engaging experience. You are cordially invited to participate and listen!
